Need advise on DHA phase ii extension
I baught the certificate of 1 kanal in sector P. Now I have tp pay the dev charges (4 installements of 80,000 and then 10 installements of 100,000).
I have paid the first 4 installements of 80,000 ( 320,000) and then another 100,000 . So in total 520,000 and 900,000 is still outstanding with every quarter 100,000.
Should I keep paying the installment or hodl off? is it worth?
