If the plot value is going to double in one year, I do not understand why are you selling it. There is no investment channel to my knowldge in Pakistan which can double the principal in one year.

Let me reply this old discussion. I myself have purchased plot there @20 and yes Zafar estimate was very right. The prices are going up day by day in this society.
And there is no development in Ashrafi town till today. |
