I have the budget of 35 lakh and after 3 months i can manage 50 lakhs.
Need your suggestion if i want to buy a one kanal plot in DHA-6 and 7 which is the best phase i should invest or any plot you can suggest?
also what if i buy the allocation file instead of plot for DHA-6 & 7 what you suggest?
also if i buy after 3-4 months when i can manage 50 lakh or now what you suggest?
Please advice and give me options of the plot available from you to purchase as i have made my decision for DHA-6 or 7 1 kanal plot purchase.

First I wont suggest you to buy DHA 6 or DHA 7 allocation files as all good plots are already alloted and chance to get a good plot are less than 5%.
In this budget you should buy DHA 7 T or U plot now or wait 3 months and buy DHA 7 R or P plot when you have 50 lacs. Dont go for a low priced weak location plot in DHA 6. If some thing is cheap its cheap for some reason. You cant buy a good DHA 6 plot under 60 lacs now.

I am also in the similar situation and interested in one Kanal plot in DHA-7 Z215-Z270 row. Few days back, there was one plot in LRE site with perhaps 38Lack demand but that is no more there.
What is your opinion about this location and is there any plot available with you.
