Will it not be better?
CDA will take over full charge of the sector after paying the full expenses that MPCHS has so far incurred on development of B-17. I think the allotees will benefit from this change.

high up game,every think is settled,the decision came after completion certificate,any how good news for e/11 residents and bad news for e/12, g/12 and f/12 because last hope for development of these sectors with help of private partner ship is now closed.
