what are comments of other experts, is this price Coeect these days

i think good investment because valencia is fully developed and there is no letigation issue a good place for residence right price |

Society is good but most of the plot owners are overseas and investors. They appear in the market, get estimation of their plot and disappear again.
Society is very good but for investment you cannot match it with Bahria or DHA |

i think dha is much expansive residence according to valencia.... a middle class cannot afford residence in dha ....valencia is a good society many people live n invest here so i beleive ghar ko maintain krna uske expense matter krte hain aj kal apna ghar hi ban jae wohi buhat hai jitni inflation hai....if u have ability to afford dha i recommend u go for dha otherwise valencia is also a good worth |

sir it is depend upon location if location is good wide road and easy approach then price is alright but i suggest u u comfirm estate advisors which is sit in valencia |

Depending on the location price should be 28 to 32 in my view. In 35 just add 8 to 10 lakh and buy 1 kanal in J or H block. |

L Block is much better than J Block, 35 near Valencia Homes is Very good price as 5 Merla in that area is 19 Lac and 10 Merla is about 28 to 33 on average location.
Kanal in J Block near graveyard is about 34 and other Boundary Kanals are 40 Lac,
16 Merla is good in 35 it is as good as Kanal as it has 45 Front and many DHA kanal Maps exactly Fit in as in DHA you have to leave 45 Feet on both sides but in Valancia as per LDA rules you have to leave only on one side. Main exit of valancia is opening soon and you will see impact on it. |

main entrence/exit of valencia town is khyaban e jinnah road.....which is mostly completed .....valencia 2nd entrance from defence road....3rd entrence from wapda town.....inshahallah appriciation must when khyabane jinnah enterence is open |

Habib sahab give answer of ur question ....road is totally ready inshahallah in july, august will open for traffic......i know funds problem here but valencia society also forces to work rapidly because valencia main approach is khyaban e jinnah .....valencia goodwill is increases depend on this direct approach .... |
