I have a question regarding Phase 6 Sector C , 1 Kanal Plots. Can anyone confirm how much is it worth esp the plots which are nearing the village like the 850s lane and 930s that i'm interested in. And are they good bets for investment (for 6-12 months)? Also, how do you rate Sector E and the worth of 1 kanal plots in E???

Hi, CMY is only expert in price as these are changing at fast pace but I will comment about Location only
Bad Location Like near Village and Graveyard are bad investments as these are hard to sell even with Substantial discount, Imagine you are having an average plot with worth 50 and you can cash it in 49 in Couple of Months
But you have a bad location Plot of worth 45 but you dont get any buyer even at 40 for a year.
If you are commited to make home then it is other case 850S is Better than 930S |

I think you are right about the location and that fact that the better ones sell quickly and vice versa. But your budget makes you think about all the available options. I am not commited for making home, i am more of an investor who can hold from short term to long term for better returns.
Just a correction, when i stated 850s and 930s, I meant the plots in the range of 850-860 C and 930-940 C and not Sector S...
