Can civilians buy Askari flats in their own name ?,

Askari 10 and Askari 11 are now transferable to civilians.

@ Flex-01,
I heard the rate is 75 -- 90 in Askari 11.
I am not to sure about future prospects. I was planning to buy here but meanwhile I heard that Askari 11 is below main road level or might be some flyover/Ring road is following up , So the road passers can easily have bird eye view of houses while passing. Hence Residents may not enjoy their privacy.
I havn't visited the same as I am oversea but I request others to comment on this issue.

Yes these are tranferable to Civillans
Procedure is army offcer gets posession first then he applies to GHQ for NOC, it takes few months when approved It can get transfered to Civilians. Before transfer Civilans have to apply for security check. The Only thing is transfer charges are about 6 Lac for 10 merla house,
For Askari 11 as there is no possession yet so mostly these are not transferable, Maximum you can get MOU/Biana signed by officer,

Pl do not use bad language. Remember only bad people use bad language.DHA people do not invite any body to come and invest in DHA schemes. It is your sweet wish. DHA has its own time schedule and abides by it
