NFC II
Is it really worth to buy a 1 kanal plot in NFC II for long term investment?
Market Gurus please advice

Dear CMY; Mr. Yousuf has asked a very good question here. I had bought a 10 Marla plot in B block at a very good location last year. I still hold the plot. Can you please advise about the future of NFCII in short term and long term. I am simply trying to understand whether i should hold the plot or sell it out.????
I want to thank you because I have talked to you on phone sometimes for advise and you have always responded very kindly. Thanks a lot and keep up the good work.

NFC 2 Lahore has all the needed land and development work is on going but development work speed is extremely slow. Price is very good. I think new investment can be made here and if you hold a plot I dont think you should sell it.

1. How far development has reached in %age?
2. Is NFC going to increase develpment charges?
3. What is your advice? on to how long hold the plot?
4. Is bahria buying plots in NFC II?
These are important questions from our point of view. Please do reply

1) Development charges installments have to been done. But society allow transfer of plot with min 2 installments paid of development charges.
2)Only Allah knows what these guys will do tomorrow.
3) These were issue of management changes and case was in court but now court have new management to take over and new management is now in office since past 3 to 4 days. Development work was stopped due to this but may start again soon with newly elected management. So thing should improve now.
4) I dont think its true but every thing is possible in Pakistan. |
