In my opinion, every one who have plots in this scheme should save by paying development charges otherwise they must loose their plots because phase 1 is existing and have excellent location. due to excellent location scheme's owner will get good return near future that's why they are canceling the plots who are not paying new development charges. I suggest who have plots kindly visit the site, development works going on pace. Almost Ph-1 which is approved by LDA already almost completed. Yesterday I visited thats y I am suggeting those who hve plots in this scheme. Kindly save their plots. Most of non possession's plots have been merged into possession area's plots in the shape of remaining installment or new development charges. I think almost 75% plots of non possession area have been merged and soon management will do something bad with who are not paying new development charges. its Ph-2 is not existing, can say fraud. Already they have canceled and re-allotted to another who did not pay new development charges. Kindly check your plots from society office who are not paying new development charges, if not allotted, kindly do something. I also suggest if anyone deposit new development charages, one should must write and single line in allotment letter that there will be no demand of any charges in future by the society management. |
