What will be the status of Broadway Commercial, Air Avenues and especially PARK VIEW with the widening of Bhatta chock and Airport road up-till METRO? I think the people from phase 1,2,3,and even phase 4 will prefer to travel via this rout again instead of much longer rout of 11-12 km through Phase-5 and Phase-6 to go to AirPort and Barki road.
Also with again change of map of Phase-8 which is coming as the MILITARY DIARY FARM land has been taken over by DHA, the Roads through Air Avenues and PARK VIEW will be connected to the Phase-8 so these two areas of DHA phase-8 will be become the entrance for phase 8 and Phase-7.

Obviously the shortest and less time taken routes will be more convenient. There will be lot of settlements to be observed with the passage of time. The places and plots having attraction now may become unpopular and vice versa.

i heard that vast fields along sides are punjab dairy farms and there was negotiations in between DHA and Punjab govt which i think now settled and DHA is taking over this land. but is this land will be new phase from DHA or the extention of DHA 8 proper along with Askari 12. if so does whole map of dha 8 proper will be changed or what....?. as regards the expansion of bhatta chock widening i think both routes to airport are equally important and surely the importance of commercial broadway will also be increased.

please CMY sb you also comment on this ?
