Thanks for yr interest and inquiry and sorry for delay in reply as I had not visited the site nor did receive any notification about your query.
However, My demand for the said plot is 34 Lakhs which is obviously negotiable. Please freely share how much you are willing to pay for it.
You may be aware of two considerations:
1. The area particularly this block of Phase-2 WAPDA Town is populating very fastly with lower price levels, which will surely increase in short span of time.
2. After the arrival of Sui Gas facility, prices have risen and it has added to the value of land here.
