I heard that Askari 11 is situated below main road level or might be some flyover/Ring road is following up , So the road passers can easily have bird eye view of houses while passing and Residents may not enjoy their privacy.
2ndly , there is no Lake near Askari, however only a small water channel, So there is no point asking higher prices of houses facing this water Channel so called lake.
I havn't visited the same as I am oversea but I request you all to give candid views on it.

Askari 11 is situated close to ring road not under or at the banks of ring road. There is a lake in the center of Askari 11 which is under construction. |

Askri 11 is pretty big. It is beautiful and has s good deep lake, I have seen it right in front of enterence. From ring road you can only see 10-20 houses. It has hundreds of houses. It is strange objection. |
