Regarding Discussion below Valancia Link Road image it is Long waited answer to bad approach of Valancia, It is Opening Exit of Valancia on 200 Feet Road which Connects Shoukat Khanum and Rawind Road.
The connecting road is also 150 Feet wide, completly ready the Bridge on nallah was about 70% Complete.

GOOD NEWS. Eventully IEP, Muhafiz Town, TIP, Nashamen Iqbal 2, Nespak 2, Naz Town & other societies around Valancia will also benifit from this link.

Prices in Valancia vs WAPDA are already rising currently there is only few lac difference in 10 Merla plot and look soon one kanal will be approching WAPDA Town's price. Although WAPDA Town is leader in that area but infrastucture and Road widths is better in Valancia.

I think you cannot compare valencia Vs Wapda. I think valencia is far better than wapda for living point of view.

I have visited the place about 2 weeks ago, road on both sides is ready, work on bridge was in progress would complete in three months time as per contractor statement.
