D-12 vs.G-13,

It seems the prices of D-12 plots are more than those of G-13.Are there any development issues in G-13? Is G-13 a better sector to invest in ?

Right now investment in Pakistan is risky until we get some new honest leadership, which in my personal opinion can happen since Pakistanis are fed-up with all current politicians. As per sector comparison, you have to visit it for yourself to judge. Likings is relative and matter of opinion. I have a friend who thinks there is no better place to live than 'Gujrawala' :-)

In Islamabad,it is not just a matter of personal taste.There are major adverse possession issues in many sectors.I think D 12 prices are highly inflated for a sector that is still not fully developed.
