Please visit the scheme first before you make any decision. The scheme is costly and still un developed. Needs atleast 10 years to get populated.

Sir if u not looking for investment and ur intention is just to have home at a peaceful and healthy environment with decent neighborhood go for naval anchorage, bt if r looking for investment i ll agree with "MM" |

Please correct me if i am wrong. In believe RIVER GARDEN is bad Choice. All the time you have fear of flood and water. The so called Barrier Is not sufficient to stop water if river overflow in heavy rains.
The so called Barrier is just a small wall which is not built according to international standards. |

@Javid: Mr. Javid How did you assume yourself that I am a owner of the plots. Please keep your assumptions yourself. For your kind information, I have been contacted by owners and property dealers but so far I didn't like any plot. I am giving preference Naval Anchorage just because It is safe place to live because of security point of view. |
