Do you guys also take grey structure contract? What will be the rate?

Saqib bhai to get price of any gray structure several factors need to be known like location of house and type or use of materials and what is included in structure water tanks/septic tanks boundary walls or garage floor and how many stories etc. I am sorry I cant offer a fake or unreliable general rate without knowing these fine details. A phone call must be made to discuss needs in details first.

I fully agree with you that quoting a flat rate without knowing details is not possible. However you can distinguish yourself by offering some detailed specs along with rates based on the popular choices e.g. we know usually people go for double story construction - you can also assume the overall / allowed covered area for various sizes - and then you can include some specifications for various cost elements and put up a high-level estimate. I am sure, this will really help many potential customers evaluate their options and make informed decisions. At the same time, it will also save your / your team's valuable time in replying so many emails or telephone calls. Just a suggestion.

I agree with Javaid.

You guys can give average price for double story structure by Classes
(A, B or C). This will help you gain customers, and many people who dont like to call will get info and than call just for confirmatin and adjustment according to their needs.

Are you guys offering any service in Islamaad/Rawalpindi BT /DHA ?

i wana start construction in lahore bharia town sector c in sep / oct 2011, please guide me what is the intaill charges of bhraia town , i have my own layout desihn for house that is 3200 squre feet, including 300 squre feet basement (one halland one room only)....
i want supervision services only all types of material we will provide,and this time i go for grey structure only finishing will be later curently i am outside pakistan other wise i will visit your office please guide me.... if you send detail on my e-mail please,.....
please guide me step by step, like bharia all charges like map design and approval, and other charges as well.
