It has been my experience lately that there are absolutely NO genuine sellers of DHA plots. Almost all plots are already on biyana between investors. they keep on hopping between investors to raise the rate and the actual buyers are suffering who are asked to pay inflated price due to mutiple fake biyana's between investors. Really a bad market.

That is indirect evidence that there is significant price movement, Dealer will make Biana only when he is sure that he will be able to make quick money.
This is problem of rising market that actual sellers disappear and wait till the point when peak is acheieved as they already had been waiting many years so more waiting dont matter for them.
If you are planiing a purchase I would advise you to finalze it As soon as possible. As dealers Just need "Roti" ie 1 to 2 Lac Own. But Before purchase make comparative studies of similar societies as Hype in some particular islolated area might be artificial |

I agree with you..land mafia is creating that price hike....real indicators of price increase are not there....genuine buyers are not there in the market..its only investors selling and purchasing within themselves to keep market going.. |
