1-What is front size of the plot facing to main road?
2-After the completion of the service road, what is area left for the parking?
3-In actual, there will be no space left (only a narrow footpath) after the completion of service road.
4-If some one is buying this plot, as per the new LDA rules he has to left the parking space for such commercial activities. After leaving parking space, net area will be left Approx. 7.5 Marala.
5-Your Demand is extremely too high, as this area is not an nominated commercial hub / market. Just on the main Multan road. |

Dear Customer,
As you already seen Jail Road after it was completed. Same the case will be with this project. You actually dont need any parking space as there will be a service road.
This Main Multan Road will be the Future commercial hub and market as well.
Thank You for your kind Comments and for your information it is the Best Investment of the current time, with in 4 to 6 months you wont find any connercial space in that price, it would be 20 to 25 Lak per marla.
LDA took 25 Feet of our property for service lane and the area i mentioned remain with us with no further extensions.
