Really a good news for these Plot holders, I think all Q Block cant be handed over as per my visit 2 months Back Plots towards Barki Road were not develped, Most of S Block and T block was ready as well as R Block,
U Block is also ready but I think will be handed over later. As there are more genuine buyers than investors so price appreciation of handed over plots is mandatory.

Please let us know why not U Block. Its ready for last 1 year. Its not fair deal both T & U constructed at same time. Please advise.
