What is the price of 1 kanal plot in DHA phase 7 and Dha phase 9?
1.How much developing charges we have to pay?
2.price on 100 feet,150,120 feet road?

DHA Lahore phase 7 plots price including development charges is 28 lacs to 55 lacs.

Price of plots in DHA 7 on large roads is 42 to 55 lacs for most blocks but less in X Y and Z.

DHA 9 Lahore rate is 14.75 lacs and in future after ballot you will be responsible for 10 lacs more for development charges. These development charges are paid in installment.

1.Before Ballot if we buy a plot-- we have allocation file?
2.Before bellot how we know the location of plot whether that is on large road or not?
