L 70 of DHA Lahore phase 6 is worth about 66 to 67 lacs.

Thanks CMY Sahab you are doing a wonderful job.
I have a concern in your figure cox at nearby location on map the K sector plots at same horizontal level are going for 72-76. Now i dont knw the ground situation but apparently looking from map it seems that L plots are better due to more near to mosque/park. Shouldnt these also be around 72-76 if not than why? |

K block is much sought after than K block. Even in K block rate has difference of few lacs in each street. Each plot each street and each block have its own values good and bad. K is mainly popular with people that want to live closer to Defence Raya golf course. While L is not so popular because some part of is facing graveyard and also has a small village pocket in the middle.
with passage of time people will forget about blocks and phases but for now each street has its own value.
