Dear CMY, Salams. I have read alot about you here on the forums and find you very updated on Lahore DHA. I was wondering how much is a 1 Kanal Plot on installments in Lahore DHA Phase 8 costing? Is DHA Phase 8 a good idea to build a house on maybe in the next 5 to 10 years? I dont have money to build a house at this moment but w/o a plot i cant even plan a house :) Is V Block a good block as i understand the other blocks are very expensive. IS V better than the rest other than W or T. Is it better than U block? When do you think this phase will be ready and stuff? Sorry for too many questions but thank you in advance.

Durrani bhai thanks for your post. DHA Lahore phase 8 installment plots sell from 5 lacs loss on booking price to 12 lacs profit on booking amount of Rs 55 lacs.
Best blocks are T W and these two blocks are better than U and V. I belive DHA Lahore phase 8 will be ready for possession in 4 to 5 years from today.

there are few factors which need to be considered, like the future of the empty land along side the phase 8 and the allocation of the files of the park view. before the balloting of the phase 8 proper we were of the opinion that may be the phase 8 will be developed before phase 7 but as per the believe of Mr. CMY sb. its giong to developed in next 4 to 5 years, although all the installments are to be paid upto next 2 years. any how the looking at the DHA history i think Mr. CMY is right in his estimation of time.
any how, MAy be the dha will not develop it earlier as this phase 8 whenever developed will gain too much buisiness and may beat phase 6 and 7 due to its location and this is the reason that the prices for DHA phase 8 are higher even though currently there is very little sale purchase. people are holding the plots bcz they know they will gain reasonable after its development. |
