I want to invest in commercial plots with amount of 3 Million. So AWT-2 is better or Izmir society for commercial purpose in future. What is the rate of 4/5 M plots over there. I think both are secured and safe societies.
Is it good to purchase now 5 M com. in Sector C and what is the best price now. Agents are telling 40 lacs of 5 M plot on the back of the main, is it not high price, so should wait to get in low price later on.

where u find more housing invest there because comercial is also successful where peoples are living......both societies are secured.....but izmir has much worth to awt 2 its depend on u where u want to invest |
