I live in California but nowadays I am here in Pakistan to see ma parents. In 2007 my husband purchased a file of DHA 9/10, the thing is that now we are fad up of balloting policy of DHA ppl.
I am agri expert and now I want to develop my own small farm, please guide me how I can get back my 4 kanal agri land from DHA ppl, because I want to giveback my file to them. Please advice me.
Will be greatful to all of you.

No nothing is being lost, if elephants and lions can get trained, DHA can also be put straight. what you need is a master and stick in his hand,
your 4 kanal was worth for you where as this file is getting devalue every day because DHA is not developing this phase.
Register your case in court and you can have compensation if you are orignal allottee and have not purchased in re-sale |

Sell your file for Rs 14lac and buy new 4 kanal. I hope this shpuld be enough to buy 4 kanals at reasonable distance |

CAlifornian please read what you say above, you said your husband purchased a file okay, and at the other end you highlight you want back your 4 kanal agri land.

What I understand from the post of sister Sofia is that DHA had given her one kanal plot file against surrender of 4 kanal agri. land (which is accepted and general procedure for acquiring of land by DHA Lahore) owned by her. Please be informed that plots issued to land owners in lieu of their land acqauired by DHA are called plot files. (4 kanal of land acquired by DHA means 1 kanal of plot file). Later on, the file (1 kanal) was converted/purchased in the name of her husband or she could have sold it to any one else. After fed up for 3/4 years of waiting for balloting of plots for phase 9/10, she cropped up an idea of tilling her land for agricultural purposes since she claims to have an agricultural knowledge/background. So she wants her 4 kanal agri. land back from DHA in lieu of surrender of file. To my knowledge, this reversal is not possible. The solution given by jk has no ethics and logic, but suggestion given by Guest has some weight and I term it an honest response. |
