I requested to all of you that's I want your valued suggestion or advice , Actually I have only 16 lac rs hard cash, Plus I have a facility to avail LOAN of ammount 10 to 14 lac from any bank As per my salary eligibility, and I want Home in lahore but I am not able to decide what to do ...??? . i am too much confused and disheart due to my financial situation and also due to have not a good idea or option .. but i must have to do Something with these financial status , So will anyone advice me that How can i made or buy a HOME for myself......
I have a few knowledge & options as per my status and these are:
1- MOHLANWAL Punjab Gov Employee Houssing Society 5 marla Price 18 to 20 lac.
OR
I will go for buy a plot size of 4 or 5 marla anywhere and Construct my own home by myself IN :
jubilee town near mohlanwal OR gulshen e lahore OR lahore medical houssing society harbanspura OR Anywhere u people suggest me. You people must suggest me any suitable option for me , MY need only 3 beds home , Kindly Must suggest me , your early & kind response will be highly appreciated , Thanks & Regards, Mohsin Ali.
