Just want to share for the benefit of others looking for a 1 kanal plot at on budget in a developed society.

A friend of mine just bought a 1 kanal plot (45x100) in Nasheman-Iqbal for 34 lac. The society is not the same standard as DHA or Bahria or even Valencia but it is a very decent society with almost 75% houses already constructed and opposite Wapda Town on Khayaban-e-Jinnah. I think this is a very good price for a 1 kanal plot in a developed society where one can construct and live today.

Nasheman iqbal 1 is Good society neat and clean tarnasfer with all facilitis but if you see it does not look Posh area, On this first time when I saw it I though it is good for 10 marla or 5 Marla middle standard houses only. 34 Lac for Kanal is very good price but it depends a lot on Location of plot if It is Boundary or near village then it is not a big hunt.
On the other hand only relatively posh society in that area is Valancia. A firend of mine bought a plot in that in 34.5 it is 16 Merla 45X80 very good location between Valancia homes phase 1 and 2

Every society in its initial phase looks good. The vital thing to be noted is the regular maintinance & developement schedule. Just look at Johar Town, in its early days it looks beutiful, but now due to poor maintinance system it becomes JORARH Town. When ever any one goes for the selection of plot in any society, he MUST think of 15-20 years ahead and visualise the situation at that time. Lastly, the humble advise is, go for the best place even it is bit far.

javed i like ur vision. Exactly in the begining it is all empty plots and roads. It all comes out later
