Dear Friends,
I am planning to buy a house (250 / 500 Sq yards) and have 3 options on the table.
1) Wapda Town
2) Valencia Town
3) NFC
Would appreciate your comments on the credibility, reliability,Future appreciation, living quality, mangement.......etc of these societies and comparison among all.
Since i am staying overseas did not have the chance to visit these societies myself the decision is purely from conveninece point of veiw due to nearby commercial area of vicinity.
Thanks in advance for all the sharing / suggetions / advise. Saeed Chaudhry replied on Monday, April 25, 2011 10:59 AM
I rate all above mentioned three towns equal, wapda is slightly expensive than Valencia & NFC but same credibility. NFC is slightly better from security point of view. |

Valencia is much better option. 1.Price is reasonable 2.I have never heard any property issue in valencia. 3.Secure society. 4.Market,cricket ground, community center etc 5.Good carpeted roads. |

Wapda is better option ....... LDA scheme infrastructure maintenance will the LDA responsibility, better located. Valencia is ok but less populated and will take long time to populate. NFC is just right ... |

AOA all of the three societies r one of the best ones in that area, i am working in property sector there now for few years now, so can tell u that wapda is best(approach wise) but options r not so much in there available then Valencia and NFC, nfc is more calm society then wapda however its approach is same like Valencia lil far if u wish to go for big house got FOR Valencia. you can also see TARIQ GARDENS, not at all a bad society.do look for it. |

Go for UET. Best price all facilities available. Most property dealers do not like it, as socieety provides clean transfer and rates are open. |
