CMY and dear members,
I need you suggestion regarding property.
1. I want to buy a plot of total area 1 kanal.I want to use it as a commercial as well as residential purpose.
So i am confused about that whether i should go for i kanal or 10 10 marla 2 plots.
If I go for 10 10 marla my front will be more as compare to 1 kanal plot.
2. which society is best for residential,security,services etc
Valencia
Lda avenue
Nashman-e-iqbal
Gulshan -e-lahore

for residence valencia is good......but it cannot be use as commercial....lda avenue is long term project......it takes minimum 10 years

Why it cannot be used as commercial (Valencia) for school etc on main 100,120 feet road.

as a school college gym etc is used as commercial....i agree with u.....but between houses u cant made a small shop

I am not thinking abt shops (i know ,it seems to me awkward).I am thinking abt school,gym,beauty pa lour etc stuff like that.
Now how much it took cost me on 60, 100 feet,120feet and 150 feet road respectively?

all except Gulsha e Lahore are regulated societies, I am sure in Valancia they will not allow to open a school or Academy but Clinic, gym, buti parlor may be negociable, You will have to make building exactly as per LDA standard House, if there is not much traffic and parking problem then you can run small business, As a matter of fact in Valancia they dont allow you to Park car outside your house.

i think if u have enough free space outside u home like small garden,then it will not disturb any traffic and we can park cars easily.

i totally agree with advice because in izmir ....society imperial college is built on residencial home place....izmir and valencia management is same....best apportunity to build hostel......aur some school university there is no much issue i think....but u confirm through office is better

i dont know why prices in izmir society is so much high.I can't understand that.There is no special in that society.If any one found any special thing , must share that.

well established society .....full of gardening....every neccasity here......big n beautiful houses there....mosque....school....college....comercial markets.....best thing is location.....without any fraud....no litigation issues.....roads are wide....prices are high because of this reasons.....best for resident.....
