This is about the ban on commercial use of main roads in Johar Town area by CM shahbaz sharif. Intetestingly, the Johar Town main boulevard as it name says is supposed to be a commercial road is BANNED for commercialization, Same issue with Khayaban-e-Jinnah (shaukat khanum to Raiwind road). Should these so important main artery roads be banned for commercial activities ?

How bigger risk is the risk of buying a property for future commercial use on Khayaban-e-Jinnah or Johar Town Main Boulevard ?

Anyone has any idea ?

mr khan, 123 is rite(army or civilian all says this now) these politicians portrays musharaf a villain but in his ERA among allot of wrong things,ALLOT ALLOT of things came good,economy revived now its deprived, people were happy now more thn UNHAPPY. and so much to talk abt, this specific road got commercial plots too. besides ABL BUILDING there r legal documented commercials, dnt know wat this govt ll do with tht if mr shahid sharif`s info is rite and this is a very big loss for the ppl as those plots went to more then 1 crore per kanal.
MAY ALLAH GIVES OUR GOVT RIGHT PATH.

I agree with 123, Musharaf was the best thing ever happened to Pakistan.
He took this country out of bankruptcy and earned us respect.
Now we are back to the position of 1999.
