CMY Sb , if these are the prevailing prices than L70 is indeed in the range of 76 as mentioned in this picture.

I knew I will be in trouble for posting rates in this detail :). First please note its 70 lacs not 76 lacs. Second every plot has its own value. These are general rates. If you dont like them please dont pay attention to them. Its not possible for me to post 100% accurate rate each and every day for each plot . Sorry but just cant do it as I have no energy or time to do it.

L 70 of DHA Lahore phase 6 is worth about 66 to 67 lacs.

You probably misread 70 as 76. Please look closely and you will see that it is 70.
