My brother's plot of 2 kanal loacted in Model town extension has been taken over by LDA on staurday morning.
The plot was purchased approx 23 years back and now the plot location is prime
The owner(my brother) is not living in pakistan thats why he never built his house .boundry wall was made and servent quarter was buit where servents were living with famly
The owner has been notified by LDA that they have got instructions from NAB/FIA that the plot has been sold by LDA illegally 23 years ago.Instead of selling the plot through auction LDA sold it to owner bypassing some internal chennal.
My brother purchased this plot through its first owner and have been paying govenment taxes of the property from last 23 years
I ask one question, is it possible that after such along time LDA can take this action.Now we all are out of pakistan and have no clue how to deal with this case
one of our family member has hired a lawer to follow up with LDA but this unfortunate incident has really disturb us
need your kind comments and advise

The property is officially on the name of my brother.
Is there any way LDA can seize this plot from owner
Is it some qabza group within LDA who has done this or actually LDA can take this kind of action on aplot which is sold 23 years ago??? |

It is unfortunate situation they should arrest the the officer who executed that transfer and the man wh purchased in Fraudulent way than taking that property back.
You can File case aginst LDA for the damages |
