Can someone tell me what is the status of DHA Islamabad's DHA Homes? I have an 8-marla Home there and want to sell it. So far all installments are clear and up to date.
What is the amount that I can expect (if any) above all money already paid?

Surprisingly, it was 5 lacs on loss but today I asked about the latest situation and now no one is giving at even 2 lacs loss. I visited the place and it was good that I decided to pay a visit.
The job is ongoing on massive pace and there are as many as 500 units under construction. The model houses are just awesome!
They are going to launch another 1000 units at higher price. I suggest to go and visit the place, come back and then comment here.
I am thinking to buy another unit. |

Nothing is created as yet. I wanted to visit the place where dha homes are being build but DHA people stopped me not to spoil my day because there is not clear path to that site and they told you have to take some village road to reach near by place which will take lot of time/day. The current market price is -5 lac (minus five lacs) to paid due amount. I think in this price is good to buy but not more. |
