E-12 is very low priced at this stage and its twin sector D-12 is three time expensive.
I believe E-12 has passed its bad time and this sector is close to development and as soon these issues get resolved price will increase drastically

Yes,prices are still low compared to D-12,but in April alone,there has been significant improvement in prices E-12 compared to where they were in March.

Whats the price range for 35X70 ft and 40X80 ft plots nowadays then?

if some one have patience and can wait for some time this sector can bring you a huge return and similarly if you can not buy in Islamabad but wanted to then this sector is might be the last chance for you.

A 40x80 plot is around 50+ while 35x70 is 40 +
