Plz advice me, one of my family friend wants to sell his NFC 1, 10 Marlas Plot, adjacent to boundary wall to Engineering Society. He also told me that boundary wall plots are no more 10 Marlas, they are now 12 Marlas. Can someone plz tell mer the price? Regards

Omer the good price of this plot is 22 Lac, till date it is bad location will be good only if College Road opens, I think still it will take time If they Give you in this price and Plot is rectangular then close eyes and buy it, But dont forget you will have to pay about 120,000 Transfer CVT and Stamp duty, if they ask more money share with us exact dimensions of Plot.
