I work with the Saudi investors to this project( a very renowned group) who have already spent millions of dollars on this project; how can they stop now when completion is in sight. In fact work is in full flow but mainly on the inside finishes that is usually not visible as compared to the structural work that is already complete. Shopping mall will be shaping up by the end of this year. Already a number of renowned franchises have signed up their interest (latest entry is the Cinpax Co. who have singed up for 5 screens Cineplex). A renowned Turkish architect firm has designed the interiors and now working on the details of the same. Another Turkish firm (whose employees can been seen in the pics) are working on the outer glass of curtain walls.
As far prices are concerned these are quite compatible with the surroundings ( ask people from Islamabad for prices of the sectors like F6,F7 and F8) where demand of rentals is in US$. However, still very reasonable opportunities are available in the shopping mall of the project.
Our problem as investors is that ,being myself an overseas Pakistani, we always miss the timing of the investments. This project is gonna very soon been be the point of attraction with a big bang( lack of proper marketing and PR activities have the problems with this project that have been taken care of now).
