Saeed I have been Looking for small Plot in Valancia and Found that small Plots are too expensive and not well Located, Plot in Valancia Homes you will not get less than 21 to 22 in other aeas too You may get from 17 to 19, where as in 40 You can Find good location Kanal or you may fund 10 Merla in 25 to 30 reason of High price of 5 Merla is that there are not many options and these are too few in Number

yes Habib, there r few small plots. but how come u r saying that in 25 a 10M can be found? do let me have contact number of some reliable person dealing in valencia, because currently i am in islamabad. thnx.

I want to sale my 2-Kanal plot in Wapda Form house near Sunder Industrial Estate, any body can give price idea. Development is going there very speedy.

10 Plot in valencia in 25 Lac is unbelievable unless it is facing graveyard in J Block. Although that graveyard may never be made but still resale of property is difficult n that area
