Hi friends i hope u all are well.
I am new on this forum as well as in property field.
I am back in Pakistan from Uk and want to know information about property.I have no good idea about real estate.
i want to know terms and what does it means like
1.balloting
2.allotment file
Because i was interested in Buying plot DHA 9.I have seen file rate of 1.49 million on this site.What does this file rate means?
Difference between allocation file,allotment file,file (simple) means.
Actually i want to invest some money in real estate business so that in near future i can build house.
Also suggest me some good area of lahore for buying property and also mention their prices.
Guide me with u experience and knowledge.
