to prospects at all. in I-14 there are heaps of garbage. and I-1s and i-16 are almost a deacde away from development..
CDA has lost its credibility.

CDA never had crediblility! So they didn't loose anything.

Average CDA sector develope in 20 plus years. I would say if anyone wants buy for their Grand Kids then should consider CDA otherwise go out and buy a plot from the market and build a house.
