Dear Islamabad property experts
I intend to invest around 2 million rupees in Islamabad property, for around a year or so. What is the best option? I would prefer a CDA sector but if someone can suggest anything other that, I would appreciate. Which of CDA sectors is the best investment? What are options other than CDA sectors

Remember that land in many CDA sectors is under adverse possession and CDA has a history of not developing many sectors for years,if not decades.If you have limited money,don't risk it in Islamabad.Yes,you can make a quick profit,but you can just as easily lose it. |

invest in I-11, ,G-13 CDA secter
private sector go for E-16,F-17,G-16 (B-17 is ok but too far and also no societies around this sector) |
