Dear member and CMY Aoa,
I have a plot in Formanites housing society.I have also heard this news through property dealers and other members that this will be a site for DHA phase 9 so there will be high appreciation in price in near future.
Is this story true or not (DHA PHASE 9 SITE) or just rumors ?
Should i hold that or sale and if sale where should i buy within same budget?

Formanites housing society is complete fraud. Over booking duplicate allotments excessive new development charges are just a few of many problems.

Property dealers that are advising you this scheme are not your freinds but enemies and only care about their commission/margin and dont want to protect your investment.

Why would DHA merge a third class scheme on very deep land with only 800 kanal land and 7000 allotees for these 800 plots?

You think 3000 dealers in DHA are blind or deaf and cant see it if it was a great opertunity. if it ever get merged into DHA 9 the merger will be 1 kanal for 4 kanal plots of Formanites Lahore.


If some thing is cheap its cheap for some reason.

Lahore real estate have mentioned in their map the location of DHA phase 9 and 10 so i think state life 1,2 and formanites will merge to DHA Phase 9,10.

U r rite that management of formanite is so poor.According to my mind and experience : They have increased the development charges by 6 lac then reduce to 3 lac.They want to cancel the member ship of alloties (when they do not give development charges 3 lac) and then they sell their property to DHA at high rates.This is one of the main reason of not developing the society and increase the charges by 6lac.
You know, for average person its too hard to give 3 lac development charges at once.

development charges is increased 30,000-per marla. and already mentioned in allotment letter . if incresing in development charges you have to pay accordingly.
khan sb plz hold your plot. and managment also submit maps in TMA for approval.
and 79-cannal map is proved now ! after three months more 4-maps will b proved. just wait 1 or two years. INSHALLHA DEVELOPMENT WORK will be completion with in 2-years, clients paying development charges in 3-year installments .

What is the Guarantee that they will not increase the development charges after paying 30,000 per marla?

What u say abt people who got possission. If they want to increase the development charges then why they give possossion to people.There is no rule in which u first give possossion then increase development charges.
People who get possession will never give charges because they have cleared all the charges then they got possession.


The management is simply called Choor ,fraudieaa.They want their pockets full of money.They want to black mail the people who have spend their panny to buy plot in this society.This society is punishment to them.

they have 90 percent fraud scheme formanite phase 1 is not completed not much space....phase 2 files are sold......i heared internal person that phase 2 area is sold at peak prices in 2004 to dha at peak price....n there is no area for phase 2 just fraud exactly as phase 1 ....they just fraud with peoples..dha overtake this society when frauds is clear.....n development issue is in court n society cannot cancel any plot just rumors ..... every plot holder sue in court against management....dha has repotation they cannot handle large fraud many area of formanites already purchase by dha as a named phase 9 10 .....i dont think dha overtake this society because there is no benefits....state life is a need to overtake dha because state life phase 2 area n dha phase 9 area is iregular shape.....if dha not overtake statelife then statelife or dha phae 9 cannot made properly.....

Now what u will recommend to people who have plots and possession.Whether they sale that or hold that.What will be the future of this society.

Ok ok fine.

Now how can we believe this that 79 canal map approved.Will any body suggest other place within same price,some other housing society?
