Mr Aftab Ppl Like you make a dealer turn into QASAAAie when you wont pay him the commission he definiatly go for the under the table cut Just give a dealer what he deserves 1% or 2% commission.Then i think u`ll get a transperant deal i hope otherwise u better know.............

if i deal with direct owners then there will be no question of commission.

What is wrong with going to the official property deal office of DHAI? You can get at least 3 to 4 lacs less than any dealer sold plot! It is located in Phase-1
