I have a 12 Marla plot in Jinnah Gardens Phase-1, which comes before Naval Anchorage and is closer to Islamabad highway, if you are interested then let me know.

@Kashif: How do you compare with Jinnah Gardens with Naval anchorage in terms of facilities and living standard. Moreover what is the cost of plots there ? Can you provide me the pics of this colony ?

i dont know the exact story but i know that development of the NHA scoiety is very slow becoz intially they have problem in aquiring land but after getting land of jinnah garden and surrounding they are planning to develop and transfer of plots has now started i will take min 5 year for investment to mature

Correction. Actually Jinnah Garden is not being developed by NHA Society. Its Jinnah Town, located on main Kahuta Road, next to Police Training College, which has been purchased by the NHA Society. As far as Jinnah Garden is concerned, it is being developed by FGEHF or something like this.
