I have just moved back from Dubai and am interested in building a 1 kanal house(basemenr + 2) in DHA Lahore. So far, from my research I have shortlisted phase 5,6 and 7 which come under my budget of 1 - 1.5 cr. I am going to live in the house myself however i'd be interested in a good property investment wise also it should have good rental income as i m planning to give first floor on rent, and keep basement and ground for myself. Currently I am very confused and would like some good advice from experienced propoerty holders.

Dear Sir,
Are you sure you will be able to complete your project in your budget? As per pervailing rates, a plot costs around 6.5 million (minimum). Is it possible to construct basement + ground + first within 8.5 million? As per an estimate put in this website a few days back, construction of such a house costs around 1.35 crores (without cost of plot).
Please recalculate before you decide. |
