How good or bad the fly over of kalma chock would affect its surrounding properties like Falcon, Askari housings and Barket Market.

Fly over always decrease the rates, as it at least decrease the Traffic By 1/2, 2nd thing is it looks odd when 30 Feet high Road/Bridge hangs in air,
But it is good for infrastructure and you cant progress without that
