10 marla plot - Shaheen block,

Dear friends,

I want to sell my 10 marla plot in Shaheen Block (Bahria Sector - B, Lahore) which is very close to Saffari villas. No outstanding dues at all and even the possession has been taken two months ago.
Considering the prevailing market rates, what is the reasonable demand that i should put for this plot. If anyone serious, can come up with offer.
