Please note that Jinnah Gardens is not an CDA approved housing scheme and may not got approval as there are number of legal complications around land, size of land available to the sponsors of the schemes. Be careful in investing your hard earned money in unapproved schemes. For more details about Jinnah Gardens, you can visit the following link:
