CDA is launching first Housing Project in scenic area of Zone-IV. Announced by Chairman CDA on 3 May.

Possession of land is already with CDA. Price is not announced yet.

Chairman CDA said that allotment of plots will be made through balloting and the total cost of 500 sq.yard plot is about 12.5 million rupees.

Construction in Zone-IV was not allowed, however Supreme Court has now given a verdict for a limited construction to CDA only. The authority is expecting a revenue of over Rs. 10 billion from the sale of plots.

The successful applicants would be as if they have hit Loto.

If this continues, then I am sure the CDA Chairman will open F-9 sector for development of high rise apartments and commercial buildings to save cash-strapped CDA from going down the drain.

DHAI-2 is fully developed & populated. Town planning is v good . Price 500 yards 35-65 lekh
