as i work in that region of property, i can tell u that AWT2 is far better and well reputed society comparing with chinar bagh, it is abt 7 to 8 km nearer, has a very solid owners(army welfare trust), very clean society no DISPUTE,GAS AVAILABLE chinar bagh d`nt have that till date.ring road interchange also coming near to AWT 2( as seen on official MAPS)on raiwind road ADDA PLOT area. at the moment investors earns well in AWT 2. so when investor is in society its always active with good prospect.
for future it ll be among the best societies.
fazaiya is too slow, but indeed it ll also be a very good society. |
