Is there is any reason the certain increase in prices of phase 7 according to this WEB site?
Also, it means that the average prices of good plots in DHA phase 7 bock Y should be around 39 to 40 Lac? Please make comments if this makes sense?

The Price depends upon supply and demand, absorption of 100 Plots can make price high upto many Lacs, As Both Phase 6 and 7 are connected so if there is price hike in 6 it will affect the Phase 7 Price. Recently their gap widened, I think Both will move a bit to narrow the Gap, ie 6 down and 7 up.
