dear sir this is impossible that you can get a one kanal house in model town for 10 million, you can't even get one kanal plot in 10 million in proper model town (except some G/H block plots facing Q/R block), may be you could find any 1 kanal plot in ext model town in this range.

Assad can you tell me what is price of 10 Merla house in Good location of Faisal Town or Model Town ext, House should be in good Condition not Malba
Please also tell if you have some good Plot of 10 Merla in that area

What's the price of one kanal in Iqbal town. I was searching for 5 , 10 and 1 kanal house in lahore and i analyzed that 5 marla house is selling for average 60 lakh and 10 marla for 85 lakh and one kanal for one crore 10 lakh so i was wondering why one kanal house is cheaper as compare to 5 and 10 marla.I need opinion from experts, is 5 marla house prices are going to go up from here or not and same situation with 10 marla.

Paki your analysis of the prices of the houses is correct. 1 kanal houses have less buyers which reduces the demand and hence are comparatively cheaper than small sizes houses.
The prices of established properties will stay as it is for at least in the regime of this govt.

paki bro, in which block of allama iqbal town 5 marla house is asking for 60? i am selling my house of 5 marla near to wahdat road(5 mins walk from raza block stop) and i demands 42 lacs, and here the avrg rates r max 48 to 50 of very outstanding house.secondly 5 marla houses in good blocks of A.I.T r very less in quantity thts y here prices r lil more then normal. secondly here just 2 to 4% houses r new almost all houses r old, so i dnt think in tht someone is asking 60 maybe some MISUNDERSTANDING. other prices of this area r ok with u. but prices varies with blocks
